Q1. Do you accept Alibaba Trade Assurance order?
A: Yes , it is no problem if you pay us by Alibaba order .
Q2. What is your MOQ ?
A: 1. Stock order : you can select any quantity per item you need from our stock list .
     2. Production order : MOQ is 60pcs per item (same model/size/et/pcd/cb/color) and 120pcs for casting. If you only order one item, it means you need to order 120pcs .
Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our wheels in neutral brown cartons. For our own branded wheels such as Kavus Wheels, Ted Wheels, we use special carton which specially designed for the brand. We can make customized carton for our clients, too.
Q4.What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally  30% T/T in advance , 70% T/T can be paid against  the copy of B/L before release the BL . We can also discuss other item of payment if you want.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally FOB, also CFR, CIF.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: The exact delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
1. Stock order :7 days  after received payment .
2. Production order: about 30-40 days after receiving deposit.
Q7. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can design and produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can develop new mould according to customer's request.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply sample(s), if we have ready wheels in stock.The customers need to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. We can return the sample cost to our customers if they place new orders by full container. So before placing sample order, please ask us for confirmation in advance.
Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have random paint adhensive tests，leaking tests 100%,dynamic balance tests 100%, parameter tests 100% before delivery.
